GUARDIAN SERVICE 3Com Guardian service ensures that an on-site engineer is available to provide prompt hardware replacement to customers when they need it. This service includes:
- On-site support and replacement hardware within the selected time frame.
- Telephone access to engineers backed by extensive lab and escalation resources.
- Software upgrades to optimize product performance. Software that is released by 3Com as a separately ordered product, is not included as part of the upgrade service.
- Web-based troubleshooting tool.
