This is incredibly powerful, as when connectivity goes down customers do not want to be caught up in a blame game, over where the loss of connectivity originates.

From our base in Solihull, we offer an end-to-end, in-house service, working in partnership with the world’s leading IT suppliers of networking, voice, security and internet/SD-WAN.
Our complete service includes pre-sales engineers, who design and help scope a networking requirement, experienced networking engineers for implementation, alongside project management to ensure operations run smoothly, and finally a 24/7  UK based Service Centre (staffed around the clock) for ongoing support.
We take time and care to understand our clients’ challenges, providing valuable advice and delivering professional implementation and support when it is needed most. We offer a range of purchasing models to suit all customers, whether it's through capital expenditure or, as is becoming increasingly popular, a subscription.


Flex is designed to simplify technology consumption. Through Flex, LAN3 offers procurement flexibility to make keeping abreast of technology easy for our customers. Software-As-A-Service has been the norm for a while (Office365, Adobe etc), so why not extend this model to the network?

The network performance and security has never been more important. With Flex by LAN3, customers can ensure an optimised ‘fit for purpose’ infrastructure, capable of meeting today’s network demands.
