The Aerohive ACTP course is intended for networking professionals who are already experienced with Aerohive, and are looking to learn how to troubleshoot Aerohive products.
This includes network managers, administrators, installers, sales engineers, systems engineers, professional services engineers (pre-sales and post-sales) and technical support professionals.
The Aerohive Certified Troubleshooting Professional (ACTP) course combines instructor-led training and interactive labs to build a working knowledge of troubleshooting Aerohive technologies. The course provides an overview of the troubleshooting methodology, and troubleshooting of various topics.
Unlike the ACMA certification, which can be obtained by passing the online ACMA exam, the ACTP certification is obtained by demonstration of troubleshooting skills, through a series of hands-on exercises.
Upon completion of the course, the instructor will grade the student’s lab work. Through the lab exercises the students are able to accumulate up to 100 points by solving lab issues. To pass the exam, students need to
gather at least 80 points.
