LAN3 utilise a consultative approach to ensure that the business requirements of the customer are fully understood. Once the objectives have been set, LAN3 will discuss the most suitable network designs with the customer, to optimise resillience, performance and security. Following this, a scope of works (including network topology) is prepared for customer sign-off.
This document is then used as a framework by the professional services deployment team.
Our experienced team of networking engineers start by reaffirming the pre-defined services documented in the scope of works with the customer.
LAN3 have a pre-staging lab in their Oxfordshire HQ, where configurations are deployed and tested. Customers are welcome to visit the lab during this stage if they want to review progress.
LAN3's certified and accredited team are experienced in providing installation services, providing a seamless extension to your IT network team. Following an installation, documentation will be created and shared with the customer.
